For our exhibitors
Exhibitors are a key component of the CWRA conference, exhibitor space will be in a central gathering space to provide the opportunity to display and discuss your services and solutions to CWRA conference participants.
Exhibitors will be highlighted on the conference website and other conference communications and materials. In addition, time has been allocated in the conference program for an exhibitor reception.
This year the Coast Conference Center will host centrally located space for exhibitors, directly before and along the entrance to the Concourse hall. Conference participants will be directed to the Concourse during each morning and afternoon break, ensuring time for exhibitor exposure and time for interaction over coffee.

Concourse Hall
Premium exhibitors are located directly near the venue entrance along registration. Exhibitor locations will otherwise be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, with 10 locations available in the Concourse Hall, 4 locations in Exhibitor Space 1 and an additional 6 locations in Exhibitor Space 2. With this central location, proximity to break food and drinks and direction during announcements, we anticipate a great experience for exhibitors at this year’s conference.
In-Kind Sponsors and Supporters
Opportunities for in-kind sponsorship, such as contributing to snacks or boxed lunches for tours or workshops, or coffee in town for our attendees and discounts, etc. are also welcomed and greatly appreciated! In exchange for supporting our conference and attendees, we will acknowledge you throughout the conference (including on our website), and on social media. Exhibitor Booth Details
Each exhibitor will provide a 6 or 8-foot table, chair/s, white table cloth, and wi-fi.
Electrical outlets are available throughout the space, but exhibitors will not each have their own.
Please note: Exhibitors will be required to bring their own extension cords and power bars if needed.
