  • Thank you! – A Volunteer Appreciation event will be held following the conference

Volunteer Shifts and Requirements

  • Volunteer shifts will consist of one morning, afternoon, or evening
  • Volunteer shifts will primarily fall outside of social and networking events, so you will have plenty of time to meet and speak to other conference participants.
  • We will try to accommodate volunteers wanting to attend sessions of specific interest, as the schedule and availability of volunteers allow.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities

  • Three main volunteer areas:
    • Technical Sessions – Support session moderators with delivering the sessions. Must be tech-savvy, and be proficient in PowerPoint, and PDF formats.

    • Posterboards Support – Assist with setting up, tearing down, and administering the area – answering any conference-related questions.
  • Social Media / Photography
  • Floaters (available to do any tasks as needed)
